Construction
Built: 1998 – Hull was built at STX RO Offshore, Braila SA, Romnai and then completed at Blálid Slip& Verksted AS, Raudeberg, Norway.
The vessel was lengthened in 2012 by the addition of an 8 metre section between frames 48 and 49 and a new deck was inserted between frames 41 and 65 in South America.
Fish hold:
The vessel has two main fish holds which are common through a removable bulkhead patch of about 302 tonnes total capacity. The holds are insulated and refrigerated and have a lift installed for the transport of fish to the hold.
There is a separate bait hold aft of 62 m3 which also has a lift installed.
Factory:
The vessel is outfitted with a factory deck suitable for the processing of tooth fish and other species. The equipment noted consisted of:

-	One (1) stainless steel transport conveyor in way of the bleed tanks

-	One (1) horizontal DSI plate freezer type H-1/8 with a volume of 208 litres
-	HP washing machine
-	Seven (7) scupper pumps
-	One new macerator unit.
The port forward factory deck area houses the refrigeration compressor room and a small work bench with vice.
There is a lift from the hold into the factory area forward as well as the two offloading hatches.
The starboard factory deck houses the hauling station with the line hauler, stainless steel receiving bin and chute to the factory. There is an anchor rack, buoy rack as well as space for the line storage.
The forward lower focsle store is used as a storage area for plastic drums and fishing gear. There are two (2) hydraulic power packs for the fishing gear and windlass located in this area.
There are two offal tanks located below the factory and within the fish hold which are used for the storage of offal from the factory. The offal tanks have a dedicated pump room, aft of the starboard side tank wherein the offal discharge pumps and piping is located.
Shelterdeck area:
The vessel has fully enclosed shelterdeck area above the factory deck extending from the wheelhouse to the bow. The forward areas are fitted with wooden pond areas, racks and steel cages which are  used for the storage of fishing gear.
Fishing equipment:
The vessel is equipped with a new BS from BFG long line magazine system. The long lines and hooks were still to be installed on the vessel.
There is a stainless steel bait bin and a MUSTAD baiting machine at the aft shooting station.

Tori Line Davits: Two (2) Tori line davits with winches were being mounted on the aft poop deck.
Anchor winch:	RAPPHYDEMA Hydraulic anchor winch with two (2) chain gypsies (clutchable) and two (2) anchors and chains. The anchor chains and chain gypsies have been replaced.
